- Shiva Meditation: – Shiva dhyana is like a medicine which produces deep state of relaxation and calms the mind. While you meditate you focus on your inner sense and you let go of all external’s thoughts. There are three main types of benefits that you can receive from meditation that are physical, emotional, and spiritual.
- Mantra meditation: – The daily chanting of Om will give peace to your mind, body, and soul. The yogis of ancient India knew the inherent power of the Om mantra and chanted it to connect to their soul. They believed that it is present and active within all of us and will reveal itself only through Om chanting.
- Vipassana Meditation: – It means to see things as they really are. It is a logical process of mental purification through self-observation.
- Chakra meditation: – Spinning wheels of energy within the body are Chakras, they are responsible for several physical, emotional, and mental functions. Balancing the vital energy through any, one or all, techniques of breath and gestures are part of the meditative practice.
